We do NOT represent any Landlords or Investors, so we don't have conflicts of interest, which "traditional" commercial real estate brokers do have. Such conflicts of interest would seriously compromise the strong advocacy position that we take for our clients. We are highly experienced specialists at representing corporations, private firms, governments and non-profits in matters regarding their facilities. At ITRA MacLaurin Williams, we do a lot of things differently. For example, we have a technical and meticulous approach to representing Commercial Tenants, which helps us to secure tighter, more equitable lease language with respect to Non-disturbance Agreements and Building Operating Expense Exclusions, in addition to lower rental rates and higher Tenant Improvement Allowances paid by Commercial Landlords.
