I am responsible for overseeing and growing the Leasing both Tenant and Landlord Representation for Stafford Properties. We focus primarily on those centers mainly in need of a professional team to help stabilize or lease up, however manage centers that are at capacity or near capacity to help owners effectively and efficiently manage their centers to streamline the accounting and turn the center to a more profitable one if possible. After years of leasing both Tenant and Landlord, I understand the importance of communication, effective negotiations, and always providing the highest quality of service. Stafford Properties is a full service commercial real estate firm who develops retail, office, and hotels. We are expanding our management and leasing services throughout the Southeast. As Owners/Developers of retail/office, we understand how to create a profitable and stable center. We currently manage and lease over 2M Square Feet throughout the Southeast. Our team made up of service professionals use great customer service, technology, and hard work to successfully lease and manage our assets.
