Bradley Dunn is Division Partner, Industrial Services at Trinity Partners' Charlotte headquarters. Working alongside Terry Brennan, Partner and leader of the firm's Industrial Services platform, Bradley helps lead and grow Trinity Partners' industrial brokerage team and portfolio across Charlotte and the broader Southeast.

With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Bradley specializes in logistics, industrial, freezer-cooler, and manufacturing assets. His transaction experience includes investment sales, acquisitions, tenant representation, and landlord representation.

More Than $1 Billion in Completed Transactions

Before joining Trinity Partners, Bradley built an extensive industrial real estate and leadership background at Stream Realty Partners. He began his commercial real estate career in asset management, working with a 2.1 million-square-foot portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties and assisting with the acquisition of more than $100 million in assets.

He later transitioned into brokerage and served for six years as Managing Director of Stream Atlanta's Industrial division, where he oversaw a team of approximately 30 professionals and executed more than $1 billion in completed transactions. He subsequently moved to Charlotte and served as Senior Vice President for Stream Carolinas' Industrial division before joining Trinity Partners.

He earned his BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, Bradley played goalie for the men's varsity lacrosse team and was part of an ACC Championship team.
