Dave Atiya

Burleson, TX
Brief Bio: Provide extraordinary real estate services. Our success is measured in the achievement of our clients' objectives, satisfaction and trust.
Full Bio: As a real estate broker in the North Texas market, I have successfully represented clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions including commercial, residential, and investments since 2005. My passion for Texas is only surpassed by my passion for real estate and finding the right home for the right family, and the right business for the right business owner. In my early years, after attending the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in business management, I couldn’t shake the feeling of having my own business, the entrepreneurship runs in my blood, and I’ve always had a pretty good eye for what works and what doesn’t work. Trusting in these skills, I set forth to open my own bar and grill, while very successful, I was quickly approached with an offer to sell for a nice profit, here is where commercial real estate became my new focus. In addition to my real estate broker’s license, I am also licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture as an Inspector for wood destroying insects; both commercial and residential. I live my life believing a creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others, I apply this philosophy in my business and personal life. While real estate is my passion, I consider my family to be the most valuable part of my life, their happiness his how I measure my success. My goal is to make sure you have a great experience, allow me to put my knowledge and know-how to work for you. My hope is that we can build a relationship that lasts past 1 transaction.

Brief Bio: Be Represented. Not brokered.™ Full-time, 100% Tenant Representation at www.MacLW.com/tenant-rep-channel. Call my cell +1 303-901-1108 or email wgary@MacLW.com.
Full Bio: Be truly represented by a savvy, full-time 100% Tenant’s/Buyer’s Agent, not "brokered" by traditional Commercial Brokers practicing part-time Tenant Representation. Use MacLaurin Williams Worldwide at www.MacLW.com/global-offices/tenant-rep-channel. Teresa Krieger, CFO of Applegate Group, a regional water resources engineering firm, says, “I have been working with William for over the past 10 years. He has been instrumental in finding us great new office space. He is an excellent negotiator and has very creative ideas when it comes to initial leases and lease renewals. William was also able to find a Subtenant for some extra office space we had so that we could reduce our rental expenses until we relocated. He has so much knowledge in this area and is so effective, I will continue to use him and recommend him for commercial real estate transactions.” As a 100% Tenant Representative and Buyer Representative serving the Austin/Round Rock Market and the Denver/Boulder Market, I only work for Occupiers of Office and Industrial space. Why doesn't my company, MacLaurin Williams, work for Landlords and Sellers of commercial buildings? Because it causes conflicts of interest that would damage the interests of a Tenant or Owner-Occupant. When trying to step out of character and represent a Tenant or Owner-Occupant, traditional commercial brokers, unfortunately, have conflicts of interest, i.e. property listings that significantly compromise their efforts to represent a Tenant or Owner-Occupant. Traditional commercial brokers really would love to make commissions on BOTH sides of your transaction, that of the Landlord and that of the Tenant. It's the tempting "double-dip" situation for traditional commercial brokers and brokerage firms. On the other hand, I purposefully walk only on one side of the street, that for Tenant and Owner-Occupant. And it allows me to carry a bigger stick as an advocate and be a tougher trader for Occupiers. I'm an experienced, analytical, patient and very thorough negotiator, constantly going up against professional Landlords and Sellers to minimize my clients' costs of commercial real estate. Having successfully negotiated over 470 transactions during 36 years in the commercial real estate industry, I can state that no two transactions have been alike. So I've seen every trick in the book by Landlords and Landlords' Agents and that's very valuable to a Tenant or Owner-Occupant. To fully understand your needs, I ask a lot of questions and listen carefully. Because satisfying your needs and exceeding expectations is grounded in comprehending what you want and why. When usually matters, too, so it's critical that I understand your timing. Commercial transactions involve hundreds of interwoven details and the devil lies in those details. Little things make the difference in a transaction succeeding or failing. My meticulous to attention to detail really matters to having a successful outcome. But I also know when to go "outside the box" and get creative to find effective, unusual solutions to solve difficult problems and surmount obstacles that arise during the course of a transaction. My reputation is to "Get the job done, and done right," said Phil Dunne, Executive Director of the Texas Medical Foundation. With decades at the negotiating table as a 100% Tenant/Buyer Rep, I have earned my credentials as a top-notch negotiator. I'd be happy to discuss your needs for Office or Industrial property in Denver/Boulder,Colorado, and Austin/Round Rock, Texas. Please contact me and let's brainstorm about different solutions for your needs. Call +1 303-901-1108 or +1 512-614-5883 or email wgary@MacLW.com. We’d love to help you.

Full Bio: With over $100 million in multi-family sales, I have successfully sold properties all over the state with a focus on the North Texas area. I enjoy working with institutional buyers, student housing developers, local owners as well as buyers looking to add to their portfolio. I get just as excited selling a 200+ unit multi-family community as I do a small 6 unit apartment building. I maintain long term relationships with my clients helping them grow their portfolios over the years. I am known for my diligence, honesty, problem solving abilities and patience, especially during the transaction process. I never give up on a deal until all options have been exhausted and have been known to work for years, if necessary, until a property gets sold. CLIENT FEEDBACK: We have worked with Steven on three different occasions to purchase multifamily properties in the Denton area. Twice he represented the Seller in the transaction and the latest we hired him to represent us. We were very impressed with his honesty, diligence, and commitment to the each project. The last deal was both trying and difficult for many reasons. Throughout every aspect of the process, Steven remained professional and committed to the project. I am happy to say that the deal closed on time and we received an excellent financing package and property, thanks in part to Steven''s hard work. -Mark & Wendy Withers, Tom Monaco Throughout the course of my twenty-five plus years dealing with commercial real estate I make note of those individuals that make deals happen. Mr. Geis is definitely one of those people. -Sal Sclafani, Sclafani Investments

Texarkana, TX
Brief Bio: Real Estate Broker and CCIM serving N/NE/E Texas, all of Arkansas and SE Oklahoma.
Full Bio: Still a teenager, Landon took up business wholeheartedly when he scoured the job market, taking a position bagging groceries. Within a few years, he had ascended the ranks of the store hierarchy, becoming a manager, where he remained for six years - right up to the point that upper management started reducing benefits and even letting some of his colleagues go. That was when he came to a decision point: remain beholden to his employers or find another path for himself. From there, Landon launched his own fence construction company, tasting entrepreneurship but still only tentatively. It was in real estate, in 2005, that he found his passion, and in the years since then, he has established himself as one of Texarkana's most-trusted and top-producing Realtors, even earning an endorsement from Dave Ramsey, America's radio voice on money and business. Living in Texarkana from 1986 on, Landon is deeply connected to his home town. He is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, and he completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing at Texas A&M University - Texarkana. Landon has also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. In terms of real estate, his education is never complete. He continually invests time and money into the latest training and education. Landon holds licenses in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, serving residential and commercial clients alike. Every day, he strives to live up to his promise - "Serving You in All Things Real Estate," paying careful attention to his clients' needs and making transactions smooth, simple, and straightforward. Known for his friendly approach to real estate, he has proven his devotion to service over and over, which is why he generates a substantial portion of his business through referrals and repeat clients. Cultivating long-term relationships is always Landon's goal in real estate. In his own words: "My duty as a Realtor is to help my clients make the best real estate decision for themselves, even if that decision does not earn me a commission." Landon married his high school sweetheart, Amanda, in 2000, and they have one daughter, Claire. In his free time, he enjoys running, deer hunting, camping, playing disc golf, and spending time with his family and friends. He is an active member and a Deacon at First Baptist Church Texarkana, where he teaches and mentors youth boys. Kelly Loessin

Georgetown, TX
Brief Bio: Real Estate Brokerage and Development
Full Bio: With deep family roots in Central Texas, Kelly has a unique understanding and perspective of the landscape of the area and the people that call it home. In 2014, Kelly began his real estate career while he was currently pursuing his career as a firefighter. He worked and mentored with several other successful real estate brokers throughout his journey as a real estate sales agent. He has facilitated numerous landmark transactions, many of them off market, from residential, farm and ranch, a 16,000 square foot commercial building to several land transactions and played a major role in an $800M mix-use development with a National Corporate Headquarter relocation. The project ultimately went another direction, but Kelly had the opportunity to learn how to establish public/private partnerships with local and state governments, learn zoning and use requirements, applying for incentives and the overall complexity of a project of that magnitude. In 2022, Kelly founded Loessin Properties as he was earning his Broker’s license. He has served his community in and around Travis and Williamson Counties as a Firefighter for more than 20 years. Bringing that integrity, accountability, and dedication to serving others with real estate needs is a huge bonus to the business relationships Kelly has built. Kelly’s boots on the ground experience provides a wide range of expertise that covers all areas of real estate and development, and he brings extensive market knowledge and experience to every deal. His reputation, community involvement, and relationships across Central Texas enables him to turn many challenges and obstacles into opportunities of successful transactions. His particular strength is spotting areas of future growth and working with local governments in planning for expansion and growth. Kelly has recently joined forces as a broker associate with a full-service real estate brokerage, commercial construction, and commercial investment firm in Georgetown, TX called Headwater to further expand and work with a successful group of experienced professionals in the commercial industry. Kelly is honored to be a part of the Headwater team and together they will be focusing on understanding the constant revolving real estate market, learning how to find each and every property’s true value for the clients they represent, understanding both their local and national investor’s needs, their developer’s needs, and provide strategic planning, transaction management, and the financial structuring to ensure a successful completion of every deal that comes across the table. Kelly will remain the designated broker for Loessin Properties continuing the residential and farm/ranch markets under that umbrella. Kelly learned a great appreciation for the land and its value on the black fertile lands of Central Texas. Working on the farm and raising cattle shaped his hard work ethic and he learned quickly that in order to reap the reward, you sow the work, have faith in the man upstairs, and when the time comes you will be blessed with the rewards. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and is also a drummer who is passionate about music and has fond memories of performing live in many of the historic dancehalls and street dances across Texas communities! Kelly is married to his wife and business partner Stacey who is also a real estate agent and they share 3 wonderful children Trevor, who is also a real estate agent under Loessin Properties, Payton who just graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business and works for a Commercial Construction company, Lauren who also just graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Global Commerce and looking to start her career in real estate as well.

Zach Sunderland

Weslaco, TX
Brief Bio: Multifamily specialist in the McAllen/Brownsville area.
Full Bio: First licensed in 2014 and then brokered in 2018, I am quickly approaching a decade of experience in real estate sales/leasing/management. In March of '22 I franchised my brokerage with SVN International in order to gain access to a wider community of CRE professionals and a greater pool of resources that are enhancing my opportunities for success and accelerating my growth. I love the time flexibility and financial freedom that this industry offers to its most determined practitioners, and I love how no two days in the business ever feel the same. My specialties include multifamily sales (seller rep), multifamily management, retail/office sales/leasing, and financial modelling. In the evenings after work I enjoy playing video games (currently League of Legends), and on windy weekends I drive to South Padre Island with my Blue Heeler for some kiteboarding. successful career in it. During the summer of 2013 I was an intern at CHRE, whose broker, Cindy Hopkins, CCIM, taught me how to create Broker Price Opinions utilizing data gathered from county appraisal districts, CoStar, Site to Do Business, and the TX Dot website. Under her guidance, I completed more than 10 BPOs, updated her LoopNet account which featured more than 50 listings, and shadowed her when she met with clients. The most important lesson Ms. Hopkins taught me was the importance of going the extra mile. The following summer I obtained my real estate salesperson license which I immediately put to use by signing under Austin City Realty in order to lease apartments in the campus area. I facilitated upwards of 70 leases and 4 sales deal during my time with ACR, grossing over $40,000 in commissions. Working mostly in a self directed and a “figure-it-out-for-yourself” environment, this experience taught me how to qualify leads, follow up with all clients wherever they may be in my sales funnel, and to always, always answer my cell phone. I have now moved back to my home town of Weslaco, located in a region called the Rio Grande Valley, which is on the southernmost border of Texas. After two fun and instructive years of working alongside Ms. Hopkins in the capacity of broker associate, I decided that it was time to open up my own shop that focuses exclusively on serving the needs of multifamily investors in South Texas. I very much enjoy the multifamily trade, and I bring that enthusiasm to every deal that I have the pleasure of working - big or small.
