Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty ("SVNCR"), as exclusive representative is pleased to offer for sale the GAM Property Portfolio ("GPP"), a seven property portfolio consisting of six industrial properties and one office property located in Florida and Puerto Rico. BlueLine Rental (Formerly Volvo Equipment Rental), leases five of the properties in the GPP. Three of the properties are located in Florida (Tampa, Port St. Lucie, Pompano Beach) and two are located in Puerto Rico (Toa Baja, Lajas). BlueLine Rental is owned by Platinum Equity a global mergers, acquisitions and operations firm founded in 1995 by Tom Gores. BlueLine Rental currently consists of 132 construction rental equipment stores across North America.
GAM Tower is a five-story, 60,000 + square foot Class "A' Office building located in , just outside of San Juan. Tenants include: Officina del Comissionado de Sequros, Caribbean Financial, Autocare Corporation, Santander Securities and Great Atlantic Trading .
The Hyundai automobile import facility is located within a Free Trade Zone and consists of two building totaling 25,000 square foot on 15 acres. The tenant, Sojitz de Purto Rico Corporation is a branch of Sojitz Corporation, a publicly traded Japanese firm with approximately 420 subsidiaries and affiliates in over 50 countries.

The Florida properties are located in: Tampa, Pompano Beach & Port St. Lucie. All of the properties are well located with easy access to the interstate highways.

The Puerto Rico properties are located in: Cantano, Guaynavo, Toz Baja and Lajas.
