Seller is soliciting REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) from potential buyers for the purpose of acquiring property either in existing state or proposed new use. The Baptist Temple (aka "The Clover Center For Arts and Spirituality) sits on a 4.86 acre parcel of land situated on the southwest corner of Clover Street and Highland Avenue in the town of Brighton, New York.
