Binswanger is pleased to announce that we have been selected as exclusive agents to represent Anchor Glass Container Corporation in the sale of their Jacksonville, FL production and distribution facility. The building is approximately 628,000 SF on 24.53 acres on the west side of Jacksonville. While there is a portion that was dedicated to glass production, most of the building—approximately 80%—is general purpose warehouse space with ceiling heights ranging rom 20' to 30'.

Located within 4 miles of both I-95 and I-10 and is 65 miles from I-75 via I-10. Jacksonville International Airport is approximately 15 miles north of the site.
