WANT: We are seeking an office intensive layout with lots of natural light for a Bay Area-based Certified Public Accounting Firm.  

Current lease expires in August 2020 but because of tax season workload our client's intention is to complete their search and execute a lease prior to year end. We are considering spaces roughly in the 6,000rsf-7,000rsf range with a September 1, 2020 commencement.
