My success is due to the regional and national companies requesting my services for acquisitions, dispositions, expansions and re-locations within Central Pennsylvania since 1987. I use my networking skills by bringing related services (engineering, construction, environmental, legal, interior design, etc.)into the transaction as needed. Additionally, as evidenced by my involvement with the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) designations, I stay on the leading edge of education and technology. With an annual average of $55 million in transactions volume, my Group handles a large percentage of NAI CIR's annual sales volume with approximately 150 exclusive listings. Due to our focused marketing programs, our listings sell and lease ahead of market averages.
