Austin is an up and coming associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and he is heading our efforts in creating a healthcare focused brokerage and advising team. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, he attended University of Central Florida as a law and finance student. Austin spent the beginning of his career working with international investors looking for a sanctuary for their monies from the declining world economy and volatile securities markets. He worked heavily with Chinese investors mainly interested in triple net medical office investments. Armed with the knowledge he gained from representing foreign investors seeking safe investments, Austin is now turning his focus to representing owners and tenants with the intent of finding the best Real Estate solutions for each of his clients. In 2015, Austin was chosen as one of fifty new associates from across the country to participate in Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program. Austin was also one of the few chosen to attend the program on scholarship. The EBT program is designed to hone new associates’ skills in the topics of Business Planning, Negation, conflict resolution, Market analysis, Financial Analysis and Strategic Marketing.
