After spending a career in the Navy I decided to follow my passion. For years I have been an investor and knew that to elevate my game I needed to get my license and learn the ins and outs of CRE. I joined a boutique firm 5 months ago and partnered up with a guy who has carved out a nice market share in the Jacksonville, FL area. Over the last few months I have taken on the role of deal generator. Following hints, tips and tricks picked up through hours of study, and a natural intuition granted by God, my contributions have stacked our pipeline and have set my partner up for his most profitable year ever. I primarily focus on the Industrial Market. I love helping owners find the right buyer for their properties while realizing the highest price the market can bear. However, being new I willingly take on most assignments. If you are looking for a Broker who specializes in properties between 20 and 150k/SF I am your man. Utilizing a team approach, my partner and I find buyers for properties and properties for owner-occupants and investors. We love working with other Brokers and find a majority of our deals are Co-Brokered. Northeast Florida is my primary market but my team has been active as far as Tampa and has done deals all across Central Florida as well.
