About BANTA Property Group

Our story began in 1997 when BANTA Realty Advisors was formed to offer property management and leasing services for a single office building in Oklahoma City. The company throughout the years has expanded its operations and has evolved into a full service real estate firm that is now known as BANTA Property Group. The company has been involved in the management, leasing and sales of millions of square feet and feel our property management, leasing and disposition capabilities are second to none. We are also well known for our numerous historic renovations and most notably known for our contribution to the redevelopment of downtown Oklahoma City. We have been recognized with several awards for the mixed-use development known as Midtown Renaissance which turned a long neglected and blighted area into the hottest destination point in Oklahoma City. We pride ourselves in being well versed in the complexities of redevelopment that involve historic tax credits and can handle any size of project from a small single tenant user to a large mixed-use project. In addition to historic redevelopment we continue to be involved in ground up development of shopping centers, free standing retail buildings and suburban office buildings. Our team is well equipped to handle anything from a small build to suit to overseeing multimillion dollar renovations of existing structures. Whether you need property management and/or leasing services; have a property you would like to purchase or sell; thinking of building a new building; renovating an existing property or need help coming up with a development plan, we can help.
