A significant focus of my law practice has been on the representation of commercial real estate landlords and tenants and I am currently focusing much of my legal practice on lease negotiations. Since 2018, I have taken a strong interest in the new Opportunity Zone legislation and have founded the Las Vegas Opportunity Zone Investor's Meetup Group.

As the founder and host of CRE Radio & TV, I have been providing educational, entertaining and informative content about commercial real estate and related legal topics since 2010. I have also published articles on real estate topics in various legal and real estate journals since 1990 and I have been a contributing author for various real estate books and periodicals. 

 

I am a Nevada licensed real estate agent with KW Commercial, (Nevada Re No. S.0185884), in Las Vegas, focusing on institutional sales, lease representation, and Opportunity Zones.
