Owen Wagener & Co. was founded in 1964 by Owen Wagener. 
Owen's son, Tim Wagener, joined the company in 1979 and immediately began negotiating deals and drawing a client base. 

Over the years Tim has worked with thousands of businesses to successfully negotiate the purchase, sale and lease of their properties while at the same time growing the company to include multiple sales agents and support staff.
