Since 2013 The Pisaneschi Group (TPG) at COMPASS Realty has provided real estate services to some of Palm Beach’s most affluent people. We specialize in Commercial, Luxury Residential and International real estate projects. TPG is licensed to assist you directly with any of your commercial real estate needs in both Florida and Georgia. However, we are most specialized in the South Florida counties of Palm Beach, Martin and Broward.
Our commercial division is headed by Chad Massaker, a 20+ year verteran of the information technology space and owner of multiple tech companies. Chad’s role in TPG is to ensure that we differentiate ourselves from the competition by leveraging many technologies unused (or even unheard of) by other commercial agencies and brokers which allows us to discover a lot of off-market inventory, among other things.
TPG has exceptional strength when it comes to selling your property fast and for top dollar due to the database of over 30,000 connections that we have made over the years.
