Previously,he served as an associate at NAI Nashville (now Colliers International) where he assisted owners and investors in acquisition,disposition and leasing of retail properties in the Southeast. Scruggs career highlights includes representing the city of Nashville in the acquisition of land assembled for the billion – dollar Music City Convention Center in downtown. Active in the commercial real estate industry, Scruggs is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he served as co-chair of the Alliance program.
