Catherine Lindbeck has over thirty years of real estate experience in office, industrial, residential, and retail sales, leasing, property management, and training. Prior to her current tenure of fifteen plus years of Montana real estate experience with Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential), Catherine was the Portfolio Director for CB Richard Ellis after the Equity Office Properties and Spieker Properties acquisition. She represented the Equity Office Properties’ Inland Empire portfolio for over seven years and worked on large, commercial projects for an additional ten years. Her responsibilities included working with her team on the leasing and property management of fourteen (14) Class A office buildings and industrial parks ranging each in size from 50,000-175,000 square feet. Catherine was directly responsible for the lease up of the buildings to an average occupancy of 95% and held that number consistently for several years, even in tough markets. In her first six months with Insignia ESG, Catherine leased and obtained renewals on almost 200,000 square feet of space. Further, at Spieker Properties (one of the largest West Coast REITS), her role as Project Director was expanded to include the development of company-wide training materials such as the new hire orientation program and many other property management training programs for building managers and project administrators. She traveled company-wide presenting her Customer Service program for all employee orientations. She also developed a presentation/workshop entitled “Train the Trainer” to support VPs and Portfolio Managers so that training would be ongoing. On her individual portfolio, she received “Excellent” customer survey ratings on all of her projects every year. In 1999, Catherine received the company’s top award – The President’s Cup for overall excellence. Prior to her commercial real estate experience, Catherine worked for R & B Enterprises which included the Oakwood Apartments and Oakwood Corporate Housing. She received numerous leasing awards and was also a top leasing consultant. She later developed several training programs and began a 10 year career as a sought after trainer for leasing teams which included Oakwood Apartments, ES Ring, Park LaBrea, FDC Management, Village Investments, and others. Her programs include specialized training in closing techniques, handling rejection, customer service, team success, understanding bottom-line results, personal presentation, winning edge performance, and many others. Her presentations are energy filled, very educational, and trainees leave with precise tools for success. Her style is straight forward and enthusiastic – she holds nothing back and it is obvious she loves what she is doing. One company’s leasing personnel had an average of 60% scores on secret shopping reports prior to Catherine coming and after her guidance at one seminar, the average scores were raised to 92%. She has served over seven years on the Board of Directors of two major development projects: The Centrelake Association and California Commerce Centers in Ontario, California. She was the Vice President of the Centrelake Association which is a $300 million, 70 acre master-planned multi-use business development located along the prestigious Haven Avenue Corridor. Ms. Lindbeck’s real estate experience encompassed handling strategic clientele such as Time Warner, Sprint, Verizon, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Salomon Smith Barney, US Bank and many others. In Montana, she has found new opportunities with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Montana Real Estate and has been awarded top producer and ranks in the top 4% of agents Nationwide. She is a market expert in the pristine Bitterroot Valley of Southwest Montana. She donates time to specialized children and young adult programs in leadership, making a difference, and 4H Mentoring.
