While managing the acquisition teams in New York City, and the Central and Mid-Atlantic Regions, he had his feet on the ground in 22 different states and met with over 5,000 landlords, while reviewing well over 20,000 other sites from a ground level. In 2015, he redeployed his expertise to assist the landlords in their vision to maximize each and every opportunity with their wireless asset. Unlike most consulting firms, Ron chose not to align with an investor who acquired sites at a discount, but instead, he decided to take an unbiased approach to each and every asset, bringing the landowners a greater piece of the wealth created from wireless.
