Chad Hamilton is an Associate Director/Land Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce focusing on land and retail land transactions in the greater Boise area. Prior to joining C&W | Commerce, Chad was Vice President of corporate real estate and construction with D.L. Evans Bank. In this role he was responsible for retail/corporate real estate portfolio management, corporate land use/disposition initiatives, site-selection of future retail locations, resolution of land plans, capital improvements, and lease negotiations/renewals. Chad also gained extensive experience as Project Manager/Construction Manager with Benchmark Construction, Inc. and Walker Construction, Inc. Over the years Chad has refined his unique skill set of understanding ground-up development for retail land. That skill set is invaluable to any client he works with. With a strong belief in clear, open communication based on mutual respect, Chad strives to develop long-lasting relationships with his clients. No client or transaction is “just” a one-time deal. Chad works with clients in reaching their short and long-term goals. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Cum Laude as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. His education focused on architecture, structure, environmental controls, accounting, finance, real estate, estimating, and urban design. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Idaho Chapter, Building Owner & Managers Association (BOMA), and the International Institute of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Next Generation Real Estate.
