An avid outdoor enthusiast who got his start in business within the Outdoor Industry working for his family's independent sales rep agency. Representing several outdoor brands including Columbia and Sorel. Chris traveled the Rockies selling outdoor products to small retailers eventually working with large Big Box retailers including Cabela's, The Sports Authority and Sportsman's Warehouse. In 2008 Chris joined a conglomerate of companies (American Recreation Products) which included Kelty, Sierra Designs, Slumberjack, and various other outdoor brands. He became the Director Sales in 2011 and traveled extensively across the US visiting all levels of retailers including Amazon, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Dick's Sporting Goods, LL Bean, REI, and multiple buying groups. He also attended many conferences and trade shows including OIA Rendezvous, Outdoor Retailer, and Grassroots Outdoor Alliance. During his time within the Outdoor Industry, Chris and his family invested in Commercial Property focused on Flex, Industrial and Office buildings. Chris actively manages the portfolio of properties. In early 2017, Chris decided to concentrate fulltime on Commercial Real Estate. With his time working within the Outdoor Industry as well as being a Commercial Real Estate owner, Chris understands business needs on both the investor and tenant sides.
