Vice President of Support I was passionate about technology long before it was cool. Starting as a self-taught hobbyist in the early days of PCs, I ended up running the USAF Small Computer Tech Team at Keesler Air Force Base. I started my first computer company in the late 1980s, designing systems and developing software to help businesses automate. I quickly discovered the importance of CRM in my own sales efforts and started specializing in training sales people to use ACT!
I got involved in commercial real estate through The Lipsey Company, running Mike’s technology consulting group for 15 years. I learned the ins and outs of the CRE world from one of the industry’s finest trainers, while simultaneously heading my own firm providing CRM solutions for commercial brokers. I met Michael Griffin along the way and served as the national training director for ARES for ACT for many years.
I was excited to team up with Michael again during the early days of ClientLook’s development. I’m fanatical about customer service, and spend my days helping our customers get the most from ClientLook and interfacing with our programming team to implement customer suggestions.
