After graduating from Gonzaga University in 2008 with a degree in Finance and a four-year membership on the varsity tennis team, Cooper Fratt began his career with CBRE as a researcher before joining the team of John Werstler and Jerry McCormick in 2011, with a primary role of lead generation and transaction management. Through the team’s diverse range of skills and experience, they have the ability to meet nearly any client need.
With a focus on the Airport Area industrial submarket, Cooper specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation and owner/user sales. Using his finance and research background, Cooper prides himself on his work ethic and integrity when dealing with clients. Under John and Jerry's guidance, Cooper is eager to grow his business into a long brokerage career with CBRE.
