Real Estate Investment Brokerage and Property Management company Black Diamond Realty has a vision to revitalize and rejuvenate Detroit, MI back to its hay days of the late 60's and 70's when the Big three fueled the Motor Capital. Being born and raised in Detroit, I have a dream that is being recognized by some great business minds as Dan Gilbert, Warren Buffett, and John Varvatos to name a few. A better Detroit starts with changing its image. Real Estate in Detroit, MI is like no other city in the United States of America. What some may consider a hazard or graveyard, I see it as a goldmine. With more properties in risk of foreclosures than any other city in the United States I focus extensively of helping as many property owners settle their foreclosure rather it’s a mortgage or back property tax foreclosure and save their credit. My goal is to eliminate as many distressed, vacant, and dilapidated properties in Detroit first, then I can then eventually take my craft and expertise across the U.S.
