Mr. Neault is the Managing Director of the Inland Empire Region (San Bernardino County and Riverside County) and has extensive experience in working with Owners, Tenants and Investors in fulfilling their industrial, office and retail needs. Since he began his career back in 1986, he has leased and sold millions of square feet of commercial and industrial product. Representing clients based in the Inland Empire, Southern California, California and across the United States. In addition to his successful sales and leasing efforts on behalf of his clients over the last twenty-four years, he is also involved with several business and civic organizations in which he has assumed a leadership role. He was the Chairperson for the Manufacturing and Distribution Council for the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce for several years; he has worked extensively with the Mt. Baldy United Way on several committees and completed his second year as Chairperson of the Board of Managers for the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana Family YMCA in December of 2006. He currently works as an active volunteer. He served as President of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce from July of 2001 through June of 2002. I currently hold the position of Vice President within his BNI Chapter. His roots in the Inland Empire enable him to provide his clients with the contacts necessary to help make their development, expansion and/or relocation more productive. David received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the American Realtors Association in 2004.
