Full Bio: Tommy Carey has been developing his business as a winning Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Advisor since 2013. Concurrently Tommy is also a very accomplished classical actor in film, television and theatre. He is a recurring guest star as Detective Warren on Amazon’s Hand of God. He developed this habit in his first years as an artist and then again when he shifted to commercial real estate. Once his success garnered him the freedom for real estate investments, he began his exhaustive research and drew up an outline of how to analyze, list and sell investment real estate. At the time, it was for his personal use only. As he prepared himself for his first foray into real estate investing, he learned that one of his recurring acting projects wasn't picked up for another season. While he was figuring out what to do next, he dusted off the outline and turned it into a window of opportunity. He made his “strategic change” by marrying his experience as a researcher, the outline and now his newly freed-up time to do the work. Tommy recognizes that providing something of value like an unrealized opportunity or investment perspective when contacting clients is of paramount importance for Tommy.
