Full Bio: Todd Younghans joined the Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International office in February 2018 as an Industrial Specialist. His commercial real estate experience spans over 20 years, beginning in Charlotte in 1993. He began as a commercial appraiser with a small firm. In 1996, he joined a North Carolina-based firm aligned with Cushman & Wakefield as an office and industrial broker. In 2000 he relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, opening the first of two offices in South Carolina serving as Executive Vice President. Todd then relocated to Greenville, South Carolina in 2002 with the same company. His focus was on the industrial, office, and investment sectors covering the entire state, and produced an extensive corporate client list. In 2012, Todd relocated overseas tot he Cayman Islands, focusing on investment real estate with Coldwell Banker before returning to Cushman & Wakefield for two more years in a Valuation and Advisory role.
