Brief Bio: Extensive experience in finance, real estate, marketing, and public/private public partnerships in Southwest Ohio.

Full Bio: Mike specializes in commercial real estate services for private and public clients in southwest Ohio. He brings extensive experience in finance, real estate, marketing, and public/private public partnerships. Mike started his career in finance at the state and local levels working for the Auditor of State, the City of Galion and the City of Kettering. He continued to build on that experience as a licensed investment banker with a national banking firm, providing customized financial services to local governments, including cities, counties, school districts and colleges and universities. Mike served as General Manager of the Miami Conservancy District working on numerous regional projects. In addition he gained important regional planning and project experience as Executive Director of the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission. Mike most recently worked with the City of Franklin and City of Middletown in positions of Finance/Economic Development Director and Development Director. In order to bring his experience and expertise directly to to clients in southwest Ohio Mike formed Geo CRE.
