Full Bio: Kaitlin joined Black Commercial, Inc., an NAI Black company, in early 2014 as a licensed commercial real estate Broker. Kaitlin specializes in the leasing and sales of Retail, Office and Investment properties -providing acquisition and disposition support to investors throughout the Inland Northwest region. Prior to joining NAI Black, Kaitlin has been passionately involved in commercial real estate since 2006. She began as an intern at her fathers commercial construction and development firm in Spokane, WA where she continued to work throughout college gaining knowledge in commercial property management, leasing and development sales. After school Kaitlin moved to Seattle, WA where she worked for a commercial property management & brokerage firm as a lease administrator.
