I am a commercial real estate expert in the St Louis and Missouri market. My focus, expertise, and clientele is centered exclusively around residential apartment complex brokerage. BUYERS typically call me when they cant find multifamily properties that meet their investment criteria. Some want help locating and securing the best and largest complexes in St Louis. They are frustrated that they aren't locating properties with enough income, upside potential, or in the right areas to successfully build their portfolios. Many times investors have trouble getting full disclosure from sellers, financing, or fear buying the wrong properties or purchasing in the wrong areas.
