Beginning his career in residential real estate he gained the knowledge and experience in property acquisition & disposition, property analysis, and C.A.R. contracts. With over half a decade as a sales agent, Fernando decided to further his career by obtaining his California broker?s license. After successfully accomplishing his goal, he decided to add property management to his list of accomplishments. Fernando built a strong background in tenant/owner relationships by owning and operating a small but successful property management company. With his resilient foundation and experience, property owners came to rely on his high energy, diligence, and knowledge in selling, purchasing, and tenant/landlord representation. Since then, Fernando has decided to tackle yet another task and transition into commercial real estate.
