I began my professional journey as a litigation attorney, gaining experience at two prominent law firms in downtown Chicago and previously working for the Illinois Attorney General. After contemplating a career change, I made the leap to Triton, where I now focus on multifamily advisory, helping clients navigate the complexities of Chicago neighborhoods and the real estate market.

In essence, I am in the information business. My passion has shifted from providing legal and factual information in the courtroom to advising clients on neighborhood building information, whether they're looking to make transactions or stay current with the market. My work ethic, combined with my legal and zoning law expertise, ensures a disciplined and structured approach. Clients benefit from my negotiation skills, responsiveness, and determination to get results.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Kary, and our Pug, Ozuna, traveling, and managing our multifamily and student rental properties in Hyde Park and Woodlawn. I’m also fluent in Spanish—a skill I never imagined mastering after nearly failing in high school!

I began my professional career as a litigation attorney working at two major law firms in downtown Chicago and before that for the Illinois Attorney General. After contemplating a big career move for some time, I jumped with two feet in, joining Triton to develop my multifamily advisory practice and elevate the company.

I'm in the information business. Investigating, cultivating, and informing clients on information. This process for me used to be legal and factual information with my clients in the court system, but I found my passion in advising clients on building information in Chicago neighborhoods whether it be to transact or keep them current on the market.

My work ethic, legal/zoning law knowledge and organizational methods assist in my disciplined approach to what I do. The clients I have the honor of working with benefit from my negotiation methods, prompt responsiveness and tactful action to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Outside of my real estate business, I enjoy collecting new experiences with my wife (Kary), taking our Pug pup (Ozuna) for long walks, traveling and am a multifamily/student rentals owner/operator in Hyde Park/Woodlawn. I speak fluent Spanish (although I nearly failed in Spanish in high school – Señora Norvell, if only you could hear me now).
