The property is also located only 50 miles from Columbia, home of the University of Missouri, making it a great midway point for travelers going from Columbia to Kansas City. A new development for the Saline County Welcome Center is being built across the street from the subject property which create even more traffic around the site. Additionally, the property is located only 12 miles south of Marshall, the county seat of Saline County, on Highway 65. Travelers must pass by the property from Interstate 70 to reach Marshall.
