-Single and two-family dwellings. Accessory uses customarily incidental to the above permitted uses.
-One parallel sign, i.e., signs affixed to and parallel to the façade of the building, per business conducted within the building upon the premises, provided that the total area for all parallel signs on a given wall of a building shall not exceed two square feet (2 SF) per linear foot of that wall, and further provided that the parallel sign(s) meet all other requirements of Section 16.
-Additional signs complying with the provisions of Section 16 may be permitted when granted a Special Permit by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Special Exceptions:
The following uses may be permitted when granted a Special Exception by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
-Laundromats services by public sewers.
-Roadside selling, subject also to the provisions of Section 3.19.

-May be permitted when granted a Special Permit by the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC) subject also to the provisions of Section 17.3:
