James Broady, is a licensed real estate agent and the founder of Realty Ventures, LLC, a District of Columbia based real estate development and general contracting firm. He is a native of the Greater Washington area, having lived in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from University of Maryland and a M.S./Business from Johns Hopkins University. He has over 25 years of combined experience in the construction, real estate, information technology, manufacturing, and defense sectors. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Broady was a product manager, technology consultant, and project engineer, providing business, technology, and product solutions to Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike.
Mr. Broady currently resides in the District of Columbia where, in addition to his business endeavors, he pursues his passion for travel, sports, and the arts.
