Broker that specializes in Development in Commercial-Investment real estate. Mr. Walkers professional activities include client counseling, and brokerage functions representing clients in the acquisitions and disposition of commercial-investment properties, multifamily property and site location for commercial/retail properties. Through participation in commercial-investment networks, he is active in regional and national marketing. James is presently the immediate past president of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors Hudson Valley & VP of NYSCAR State. James is the Secratary of the CCIM New York Upstate Chapter. James is a licensed Real Estate Instructor and has taught commercial real estate education nationally. He began his real estate career in 1999. Prior to entering the RE field, Mr. Walker was the owner and operator of a successful restaurant business for 15 years.
