We are seeking to purchase nationwide empty big boxes, shopping centers and industrial properties with high visibility.

We are seeking to purchase nationwide empty big boxes (such as Kmart, Walmart, Target, Grocery Stores, or the like; we will also purchase entire shopping centers of any size with a big box vacancy or soon to be vacant or highly visible industrial). The vacant big box or industrial should be at a minimum of 50,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet or more. We additionally will strongly consider properties with a lease termination whereas tenant would pay to terminate said lease for a monetary consideration. The properties can be stabilized (with vacancy) or 3-5 years remaining on lease term. Prefer population of 50,000 with income of $50,000 inside a 3-mile radius Keep us in mind for future opportunities.
