Over his 17 year career, Justin has honed his commercial real estate skills in order to guide organizations through the real estate process with minimal disruption. Important in this process is executive authority, a transparent process, and early victories. Bringing a sophisticated real estate consultant onto your team can the level of the playing field and ensure the success of the real estate project.
Justin participates in the CoreNet Global association and has completed his Masters of Corporate Real Estate. His high-level understanding of finance, operations, law, and technology ensures that he can plug into any department within your company to understand current challenges and assess potential real estate specific solutions.
Part of Justin’s business acumen stems from his educational background. Justin completed his double masters, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Real Estate Development, at the University of Southern California whereby he built his foundation of corporate finance and financial modeling. Justin previously completed his introduction into business and the global economy while earning his BA in Economics at the University of California Irvine. He has also a completed select coursework in Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and Advanced Legal Aspects at the University of California Los Angeles. He is Argus Software Certified. Currently, Justin is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from CCIM, and his certificate in Global Logistics from the California State University of Long Beach.
