He spent almost two decades in Asia Pacific, growing a few multi-national businesses in the foodservice and manufacturing industry. Ken also has extensive working experience with retailer and food chains like McDonald?s, Starbuck Coffee, and more.
Ken?s greatest strength is his ability to put himself in other people?s situation. He understands that with every business decision comes a complex set of circumstances and consequences. With a MBA, emphasis in finance and marketing, Ken had always been able to help his customers, clients and principles to analyze and to make the best business decisions. As a retain and shopping mall investment specialist, Ken is leveraging his knowledge, communication skills, and the successful and proven Rosano Value Add (RVA) formula to create the best-case scenario in every commercial real estate deal he encounters.
Ken is multi-lingual, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Fujian, and Malay. Ken has been married to his wife Chris Choong for 27 years and they have three sons and a daughter together.
