Peloton is driven by two primary initiatives-managing market knowledge and instilling the desire or heart to serve well. Our leasing professionals heritage lies in real estate development, where leasing team traditionally worked directly for the owner. As a result, they think like owners and understand how to maximize value on behalf of our clients. Our tenant advocates achieve extraordinary results by gaining an accurate understanding of client's business and operational objectives. They are hard-wired to serve as trusted advisors in translating key business objectives into effective strategies. Led by nationally recognized industry leaders, our management team includes two BOMA fellows, five BOMA local presidents, three national real estate instructors, a BOMA International Chairman. Peloton has been recognized by IREM as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), providing SSAE-16 certified accounting with on-time customized reporting on any customer-requested platform. Peloton actively sources investment and development opportunities. Partnered with our leasing and property management services, our clients have more control over the investment management process.
