He expertly advises and secures financing for his clients who are dealing with stabilized assets, unstabilized or value-added assets, opportunistic assets, and distressed assets. Lou also offers traditional CRE brokerage services where he represents sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in transactions of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and medical office property types. Lou consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients and focuses on providing value through helping investors under contract to close deals in a fraction of the time it takes banks to decision a loan and issue a term sheet. Lou often cuts the cycle from 90-180 days to 30 days or less. Lou lives in Northern NJ with his wife and two daughters. He is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business where he received an M.B.A. with a focus in finance and he has an undergraduate Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
