I am a 6th generation Oregonian, who has been a successful real estate developer throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. I started my career as a salesperson with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in Portland where I specialized in commercial properties and land. The Kehoe Company started building and selling Row houses in Southwest Portland, and within several years, branched out into building single family detached homes in subdivisions of the suburban Portland area. As suburban land became more difficult to purchase in the mid 1990’s due to the urban growth boundary restrictions, Kehoe formed MK Development and later Kehoe Northwest Properties which focuses on the development and construction of urban residential and commercial projects in the downtown and core area of Portland. We have built or developed more than $500,000,000 worth of single family houses, condominiums, apartments and various commercial types of property.
