Renovating Communities, Elevating Expectations, Integrity First Gratitude Always REIG Asset Management is a syndicator that buys, renovates, and manages multifamily properties for its clients. We typically will renovate B/C quality assets with room to increase rents after capital expenditures with an eye towards IRR and FMV. We can acquire assets with management and tenant issues that require a proven, unique management approach to improve value. Deferred maintenance and operational inefficiencies are our bread and butter. Our criteria are 7-10% caps, market dependent,our price targets are $2,500,000 to $25,000,000. We prefer a minimum of 50 units but will consider less.Our preference is to buy, and improve a property. We'll hold a property for 3-5 years at minimum before closing out an investment. We'll look at your professional Marketing packages, Loopnet or CoStar listings if you contact us. No referrals please.
