Nathan Perez joined the Retail Services group at Rosano Partners in 2016. Nathan specializes in commercial retail leases and investments from Bakersfield to Fresno, San Luis Obispo County and the Antelope Valley areas of Lancaster and Palmdale. Nathan leads prospecting, sales, leasing, consulting, and deal origination efforts.
Mr. Perez is able to help landlords benefit from the highest and best use of their property by providing density, feasibility, and profitability analyses to earn the highest possible rents. By providing his services, Nathan always maximizes the property?s value. His experience has had him working on projects that require comprehensive understanding of today?s large and small retail principles, development of branding and marketing strategies, and producing a velocity of deal transactions in order to insure stabilized lease up. Nathan is also exceptionally talented retail tenant representative. His tenants trust that he can get the best location, at the best terms time after time. He has a truly amazing ability to find top performing locations for retailers with different demographic requirements. His strong knowledge of his territory enabled him to locate and execute leases to some of the most well recognized retailers.
A Bakersfield native, Nathan attended CSU Bakersfield where he studied economics and finance. A standout student, his abilities led him to become the research director for the Kern Economic Journal where he published data and information that are relied on by the energy, financial and business institutions of California?s central valley.
Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Mr. Perez worked as an associate for four years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he developed and honed his skills. Nathans other previous experience includes handling the marketing efforts of his family?s local locksmith business where he got his start in sales by obtaining several large commercial, residential, and multi-family clients. During his senior year in college he was a marketing intern for an online stock brokerage firm that was looking to target the college demographic. In less than a year he increased the firm?s client base by bringing in over 60 new college-aged investors.
