Nick Carmichael is the founder of Capital Commercial Partners, a real estate consultancy focused on commercial real estate advisory in the U.S. and small and medium sized industrial companies sales and acquisitions. Mr. Carmichael is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an association of 3,800 of the top commercial agents worldwide.
Throughout his career, Nick has been focused on providing strategic solutions for real estate developers, investors, and end users. Nick supported projects for strategic manufacturing investments by major industrial companies such as Donaldson Corporation, Eagle Ottawa, and Rexnord Industries totaling more than US$300 million. Nick was also a top performer in CBRE Shanghai’s Industrial and Logistics division. He has supported clients with facility acquisitions and dispositions, and negotiation of tax incentives. Clients included smaller firms which were new market entrants, as well as blue chips such as HP, GE, Areva, Covidien Health Care, Medtronic, and Rockwell Automation.
Nick began his real estate career in the industrial brokerage division of NAI Welsh in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.A. At Welsh, he primarily worked with industrial and manufacturing clients and assisted them with acquisitions and dispositions. Nick has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and is an avid fan of the Golden Gophers and Minnesota Wild hockey teams.
