Representing the diverse and unique interests of major occupiers of space, institutional and development landlords, and top real estate brokerage and service provider firms, Pamela has negotiated lease, sale and build-to-suit transactions on over 24 million square feet of industrial, retail, and office space in 32 states in the USA. Ms. Zoellner has provided construction management and project closeout services on over six million square feet of new construction and renovation projects, performed all classical aspects of property management on multiple projects in excess of one million square feet each, and was responsible for all real estate transactions and initiatives associated with a 22 million square foot logistics portfolio located in North America With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience involving retail, industrial and office properties, Pamela has served in a senior management capacity at Cushman & Wakefield, UGL Equis, Trizec Properties, The Hahn Company and GATX Logistics. During that time, she worked directly with Fortune 500 companies such as Kelloggs, Colgate-Palmolive and Thomson Consumer Electronics to deliver significant cost savings through proactive portfolio management and efficient facil- ity design. Her experience with retail shopping centers includes serving as General Manager of the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, NV, West Shore Plaza in Tampa, FL, and the former Clearwater Mall in Clearwater, FL. Currently a Commercial Director with KW Atlanta Partners , she specializes in property and land acquisitions, strategic dispositions, site selection, portfolio optimization and supply chain integration. She holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR} from CoreNet Global, earned the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM} from ICSC, and holds an active Real Estate Broker license in the States of Georgia and Florida.
