Scott Behrmann is a member of CBRE Investment Properties and has been working in commercial
real estate since 1999. Scott has been partners with Shad Phipps, CCIM since 2009. Together they

Scott brings a diverse background of business ownership, management and sales to CBRE. Prior to
joining CBRE in 1999, Mr. Behrmann worked in the moving, storage, and trucking industry. He was
the General Manager of northAmerican Van Lines providing commercial office and residential
relocation services in the Detroit, Toledo, and Columbus markets. He managed and developed
business processes for those who were hired to be part of his team and successfully completed
many corporate assignments, relocating key employees and business entities. His experience
working with owners and decision makers continue in this working with owners and decision makers
