Throughout his time at the University of South Carolina he has developed a wide range of skills and interests but identifies the people he interacts and communicates with as the most important aspect of his education. Upon graduation, Mitchel applied for and was awarded a position as Summer Associate with MedSouth Healthcare Properties. The Summer Associate opportunity is competitive and draws multiple prospective candidates with only a few being selected to participate at any given time. Mitchel quickly inserted himself into the work flow, helping with database and market research, comparable lease and sales research, marketing package design, social media, financial modeling and underwriting, and other aspects of the transaction cycle for the Principals of MedSouth. He has recently obtained his North Carolina Real Estate license and is currently building his business with the MedSouth team. Mitchel has given of his time and talents as a youth and high school coach for lacrosse and enjoys traveling, hanging out with his friends and family. He also loves going to the beach and being by the water.
