Michael Zobrist is Managing Director for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail, specializing in providing shopping center sales and leasing, retail development and landlord and tenant representation services throughout the Las Vegas valley. With 15 years of experience and numerous national relationships, he has been involved in more than 500 sales and lease transactions valued in excess of $300 million.
Mr. Zobrist joined NGKF Retail in 2007, teaming with Nelson Tressler to provide strategic real estate consulting services to national and local owners and users, including regional family businesses, entrepreneurs and notable national credit tenants. His role includes leading local efforts for retail sales, augmented by his collaboration with NGKF’s West Coast Capital Markets team and growing industry relationships.
A Las Vegas native, Mr. Zobrist offers strategic insight into the greater Las Vegas commercial real estate market and provides critical assessments that facilitate his clients’ ability to achieve their asset objectives.
