I am a office broker/consultant with Lee & Associates - Newport Beach, CA. I started with Lee & Associates in 1987 and have tremendous experience with either representing tenants, landlord's, sellers and buyers. I have several National Accounts but most notably Hibu (formerly Yellowbook). Over the past 12 years I have completed over 170 transactions all over the United States and used various brokers to assist me with those transactions. I know how the process and the law works with representing clients outside your licensed state. I am extremely fair with broker compensation that is always followed up with a contract spelling out the compensation. There is a good chance that if I am selected to represent a brokers referral that I can at some point return the favor because of the many requirements I constantly have all over the Country. The key to a successful referral is constant communication. I feel it is very important to constantly update and inform the referring broker of the steps being taken from the moment the deal is referred to the point of signing the lease or closing escrow. I respect the fact that it is "your client" you referred to me and always keep that in mind will representing a company. In my 27 years of real estate I have done over 1,800 transactions with over $100,000,000 in total consideration. My greatest pleasure is building relationships, not only with the clients but also the brokers. You just never know when you might need the services of a broker who you have met outside of you territory.
