Mike founded THE COMMERCIAL PLACE in 2004 after 5 1/2 years with Wisconsin’s largest commercial brokerage firm. Prior to commercial real estate, Mike spent four years in sales and management with a Minneapolis based recreational land development company. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991 and currently holds Brokers licenses in both Wisconsin and Michigan. Mike attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the founder and President of Place Perfect Realty, a residential real estate firm with four offices and 26 team members serving all of Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Southcentral Upper Peninsula. He is on the Board of Directors of the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin as well as Chairman for the Wisconsin Commercial Information Exchange. Mike serves on the Town of Peshtigo Plan Commission, has spent 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Marinette Menominee Chamber of Commerce, and was honored with the 2010 Excellence in Professionalism Award by the RANW.
